Online Therapy California
Research
Finding a therapist used to mean receiving a referral or recommendation, then scheduling an appointment, getting dressed, and fighting traffic. For someone struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or already juggling a hectic schedule, each of these steps can act as a barrier to accessing therapy. Fortunately with online therapy there is rapid access, no need to get dressed or leave the house or find a babysitter in the middle of the week. For therapists, it’s an easy way to access more clients and serve the greater good as they can see people located anywhere in the state they are licensed thus bringing access to more people.
