What types of problems can be addressed in therapy?

We all desire to have meaningful and happy lives living authentically according to our core self and values, relating cooperatively to committed others, and making a distinctive mark on the world. Sometimes things get in the way of these innate drives and we feel lost or disconnected in some way. Talking to someone can really help.
