Payment Policy
Fees are collected at the time of service before the session starts and depend on the length and type of the session scheduled. Sessions usually range from 55-85 minutes depending on the type of session and therapist seen.
Evelyn sees individuals for 55 or 70 minutes and couples for 70 or 85 minutes. Upon special request, Evelyn can schedule couples for extended sessions that are longer than 90 minutes or shorter and less than 70 minutes if she feels it is beneficial to the treatment. Sometimes people want to accelerate their growth with more than one session a week. This can be arranged. Pre-licensed therapists see individuals for 55 minute sessions and couples and families for 70 minute sessions.
Our services may be covered by your PPO insurance. If you wish to pursue insurance reimbursement, we can provide you with a receipt upon request. It is your responsibility to figure out how much and whether or not you have coverage. If this is important to you, please call your carrier before you make an appointment. As we do not bill or accept payment from any insurances nor do we verify benefits, return calls to insurances or respond to written correspondence from insurance companies. We do not fill out any forms requested by insurances.
We accept cash, check, credit card and some electronic payment and flex spending card methods depending on the provider seen. During Covid Online therapy we only accept credit card and some electronic payments. Thank you.
