Payment Policy
Fees are collected at the time of service before the session starts and depend on the length and type of the session scheduled. Sessions usually range from 50-90 minutes depending on the type of session.
Evelyn does not bill, accept payment from any insurances or verify benefits, return calls to insurances, respond to written correspondence from insurance companies or fill out any forms requested by insurances.
A good faith estimate can be provided for self pay clients who do not request a superbill. There is no penalty for requesting the estimate.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
